| Abstract: | The development of social politics, economy and culture in the new era poses a higher requirement for teachers ' colleges and universities. Ideological and political workers must conduct innovation and make improvement in such ideological and political work as the notion, content, approaches, methods, and team construction so that the effectiveness of the ideological and political work is to be consolidated and the educational quality of teachers ' colleges and universities is to be upgraded. |
