| 摘 要： | 将GPRS无线通讯、GSM全球移动通信系统以及民用领域GPS应用三者合一的移动网络监控系统，满足了目前工业监控亟待解决的问题的需求：（1）被监测的数量点增大；（2）监测的数据快速及时；（3）单点监测综合成本较低，便于规模推广应用。实现移动网络监控系统采用了Y2EE企业架构，用户通过Java虚拟机可以方便地下载应用程序，终端设备的软件功能可以随时增加和升级，可以建立完整、高效的无线数据增值服务产业链，从而为用户提供灵活、个性化、内容方式多样的服务。
