硫酸铜催化合成癸二酸二丁酯的研究

摘    要:利用硫酸铜作为酯化反应催化剂合成了癸二酸二丁酯,其最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量3.0g/0.05mol癸二酸,醇酸摩尔比为4,反应时间3.0h,带水剂12ml,癸二酸的酯化率可达97.23%,该催化剂催化效果好,使用量少,酯化率高,可重复使用,无环境污染,价廉易得,是一种极有应用价值的催化剂。

Abstract:Use of cupric sulphfate as catalyst on the esterification of dibutyl sebacate was studied The optimized conditions are as following:the weight of catalyst is 3 0g/0 05mol sebacic acid,the mole ratio of alchol to acid is 4,the reaction tim is 3 0h and 12ml benzene as water carrier The esterification yield for sebacic acid is about 97 23% Experimental results showed that cupric sulfate is a highly active catalyst for this reaction Less catalyst is required with little waste dischargement It is an inexpensive and very practical method
