论我国企业文化的观念创新

摘    要:企业文化是从西方引入的一种新型企业管理理论,它在我国经历了近20年的风风雨雨,接受了中国特色的洗礼,极大地提升了我国企业管理水平。然而随着时代和社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的企业文化需创新。创新是时代的主旋律,观念创新是行为创新的的先导。因此,加强研究企业文化的观念创新,才能够卓有成效地推动我国企业文化走进新时时代。本文试从树立改革开放、以人为本、文化竞争3种新观念进行论述。

Abstract:Corporate culture,new theory on corporate management imported from western countries,has experienced many trials and hardships for almost twenty years in our country, and gone through the test of Chinese characteristics,then extremely improved our corporate management standard. However, with the development of times and socialist market economy , our corporate culture badly needs innovations. Innovation is the main melody of times, and idea innovation is the guide of behaviour innovation. Therefore, only by means of strengthening the research on the idea innovations of corporate culture, can our corporate culture be successfully enhanced to catch up with the step of new times. This thesis is trying to make a deep and systematic statement on the issue from three new ideas, which are reform and open policy, bass on the human beings and culture competition.
