| Abstract: | Long-life study is a necessary demand for everyone in the new 21st century. Moral principle educators in the university shoulder th e obligation and duty, which can ensure the strong foundation for the graduates developing in an all-round way. Then how to achieve the goals successfully and be a qualified educafor? The educators should update their traditional ideas, en large their knowledge ranges and improve their personal qualities by means of se lf-study, making more practice, doing some research, community education and so on. |
