| 摘 要： | 黄炎培作为近现代职业教育界的领军人物，引领了当时职业教育的发展。当代职业教育的发展壮大仍然需要领军人物，不过，新的时代赋予了职业教育领军人物新的特性，即要有开拓者的勇气与毅力、要有引领者的睿智与才识、要有发展者的思维与视野、要有凝聚者的魄力与感召力、要有清廉者的恬淡与无私、要有谋福者的情怀与责任。

| Abstract: | Success is due to an outstanding leader. Huang Yanpei led the development of vocational education at his time. The contemporary vocational education is very much in needs of the talented in vanguard. Moreover, the present era makes leaders a lot more new characteristics： they should be of the pioneer＇s courage, willpower, sagacity, ability, and an explorer＇ s thinking and visual field; and they should have daring and resolution and powerful influence on others. They should be indifferent to personal fame and gain and act unselfish, and have feelings and responsibility to redeem their led. |
