高职院校实验教学分类教学模式探索

摘    要:高职生源的文化基础水平、知识结构和实践能力呈现多样性和一定的层次性,分类培养是新形势下高等职业教育实践教学改革的有效选择。探索以"分层教学、分流培养"为主要内容的"分类培养"教学改革实施策略,逐步建立适应高等教育大众化发展趋势的职业教育人才培养机制。

Abstract:The students in higher vocational institute have different abilities of their knowledge and practice that appear a variety of levels.Developing them in different levels is an effective approach to the vocational education and reform of practicing teaching.This article explored that how to take teaching in different levels and cultivating in different sides to the society as a tactic of teaching reforming and set up a mechanism that is suitable to the popularized vocational education.
