| Abstract: | The circulation economy is one new economical development conformation which our country initiates vigorously during this period.Hebi city carried on massive positive beneficial practice and exploration in this aspect.Through adopting various reform measures such as the idea,the system,the policy,the legislation,the science and technology,and the industry,it may prompt the circulation economy forward continually. |
