| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济的国际化发展，德国的经济已经越过欧洲市场而向全世界扩展，这对德国双元制职业教育提出了新的要求。为了适应新的经济形势的发展需要，最近德国职业教育有关负责部门对双元制职业教育的内容和结构进行了调整，制定了新的与国际接轨的以策略为导向的培训政策，其侧重点是国际化素质的培养。
