| 摘 要： | 在学习型组织风靡全球之际，国内一些企业企图盲目地在一两年时间把自己企业变成学习型企业，致使学习型组织这一现代管理理论被歪曲变形。通过剖析这一现象，在解读学习型组织及其关于学习的内涵之基础上，为创建学习型组织的企业提供如何对学习定位的基本途径。

| Abstract: | As the study-oriented organization becomes the vogue the world over, some enterprises in China hope to turn themselves into study-oriented enterprises in a year or two, resulting in the deformation of the theory of study-oriented organization. Through analysis of this phenomenon, some basis means is proposed for the positioning of study for the creation of study-oriented enterprises. |
