安徽省教师教育的历史演变、经验及启示

摘    要:从安徽省近现代教师教育(师范教育)重要活动的文献资料入手,将教师教育发展的历史演变大致划分为清末、民国、新中国成立、改革开放和世纪之交时期几个阶段。主要经验在于:学习需求是教师教育的内在动力,保障机制是教师教育的外部条件。为未来中小学教师教育提供有益启示:正确把握好教师教育与社会发展的关系、教师教育与基础教育改革的关系、教师教育与教师专业成长的关系、地方教师教育与省外教师教育的关系。

The Historical Evolution,Experience and Enlightenment of Teacher Education in Anhui Province
Abstract:From the literature of important activities of modern teacher education (normal education) in Anhui province ,the historical evolution of teacher education development is roughly divided into the follow‐ing stages :the late Qing Dynasty ,the Republic of China ,the founding of PRC ,the Reform and Opening peri‐od as well as the turn of the 21th century .The main experience lies in that learning needs is the inner motive , the guarantee mechanism is the external condition .The research provides beneficial enlightenments for the future primary and secondary school teachers’ education ,w hich include correctly grasping the relationships between teacher education and social development ,between teacher education and elementary and secondary education reform ,between teacher education and teachers’ professional development ,and between local teacher education and education of teachers from outside the province .
