开放大学体系标准化建设的设计理念与执行策略

On the Countermeasures of Open University System Standardization Construction

The necessity of constructing Open University's system standardization is explained .The designing thinking of the construction is analyzed from three aspects as :constructing good brand standard to enlarge the system's influence ,constructing good administrative standard to strengthen the system's immunity ,construc‐ting good service standard to improve the system's competitiveness .T he practicing strategies of the construc‐tion are put forward as :implementing system constructing standard ,tightening the eduction ratifying mecha‐nism ,building evaluation system ,and guaranteeing the fulfilling of standard construction .
