摘    要:在对CDIO工程教育模式原有理念、特色继承和创新的基础上,提出了BRP-CDIO工程教育人才培养模式理念.探讨了以项目为引导和主要载体的模具设计与制造专业人才培养模式,在教学主体、教学目的、教学内容、教学方法、知识构建等方面吸取了CDIO"做中学"教育理论的精华,并对其做了改进与创新.

Abstract:The idea of engineer education talent cultivation mode based on BRP-CDIO was put forward in this paper,which was raised on the basis of CDIO engineer education mode by some degree of inherit and innovation.The talent cultivation mode for mould profession was discussed.This mode’s core are projects,which have the role of guidance and support.This mode adopted the essence of CDIO’s education theory:"to learn during doing",which displayed in each teaching part,such as teaching body,teaching content,teaching method,knowledge construction and so on.
