| 摘 要： | 以Moldflow为工具,针对环形塑件生产成本高的问题,改进浇注系统设计和成型工艺参数,在保证制品质量的前提下,使废料占注射重量由原先的35%降至18%,节约成本,取得了很好的经济效益.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the gating and moulding process were reformed with the Moldflow to improve the problem of high cost for annular plastic parts,and with the quality guarantee the wastage is dropped from the original 35% to 18%,which obtained good economic benefits. |
