游泳池安全真空释放系统监控器设计

摘    要:设计一种实用的游泳池安全真空释放系统监控器,当泳池发生全身吸入事故时,监控器能根据电机功率进行识别并自动关闭,同时关闭电机,进而通过内外压差平衡释放受害者.电机控制采用了单稳态电路和降耗设计,既避免了误操作,又能减少继电器的功耗;程序设计采用切比雪夫低通滤波器和非线性曲线拟合,功率测量准确,可实现水泵的控制及各种故障指示.系统监控器运行稳定,具有很高的应用价值.

Abstract:Design of a practical Monitor based on the demand of swimming pool Safety Vacuum Release System Monitor can realize the identification of faults and automatically shut off according to motor power,simultaneously turn motor off,and release victim through inside and outside pressure balance.Owing to monostable circuit and reducing consumption adopted,Monitor can both avoid operation error and reduce relay power consumption.Software design based on Parks-McClellan fir low-pass filter and non-linear curve fitting can ensure accurate power measurement,and realizes pump control and various fault indicate.The monitor works stable,and has high application value.
