传统教育模式下按不同类别媒体形态培养出的学生,往往只懂得一种媒体的传播方式,难以适应数字时代的多媒体需求。而未来的传媒产业,需要的是懂得不同媒介的传播手段、一专多能的复合型人才。因而打破媒体界限,努力加强跨媒体传播技能的训练,已成为当今世界高等院校传媒教育改革的大趋势。中国高等院校的新闻教育必须与国际接轨,整合教育资源、改革课程体系,加快培养拥有国际化视野、多媒体技能的全能型人才,以适应快速发展的传媒产业的需求。

The media industry in the future needs the compound ones that not only know al l the transmission ways of different medias but also expert in one thing and good at many other things.so the training of the ability that master the transmission ways through one media to another has become a major trend of transform of the media education in all the high schools in the whole world.Media education of our colleges have to line with the international world,we ought to integrate educational resources and reform Curriculum system to build compound person who has an international vision and master the ability of the media,so that we can meet the needs of media industry.
