| 摘 要： | 中小企业对经济增长和扩大机会的贡献已是众所周知的不争的事实，美国所形成的比较完善的扶持体系和促进政策及其效果为各国所瞩目。文章简要描述美国中小企业的发展现状，并详细介绍美国中小企业的界定、作用和政府的扶持政策。
