窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性,并与0.05%卤半松乳膏进行比较.方法:将70例白癜风患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组43例,对照组27例,治疗组给予窄谱中波紫外线照射,每周2-3次.对照组仅外用0.05%卤米松,每天2次,疗程均为3个月.结果:治疗组治愈5例,显效21例,有效率60.4%;对照组治愈2例,显效7例,有效率33.3%.两组有效率比较差异有显著性,其疗效与皮损的部位和病程有关.结论:窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风疗效好,不良反应小.

Observation of the efficacy of narrow-band Ultraviolet B phototherapy in vitiligo

objective To observe the efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) in the treatment of patients with vitiligo and to compare with 0.05% halometasone cream.Methods 70 patients were divided randomly into two groups.43 patients were treated with NB-UVB in study group and 27 patients with 0.05% halometasone cream in control group.Results in study group,5 patients were cured,21 were apparently improved,the effective rate was 60.4%;in control group,2 patients were cured,7 were apparently improved,the effective rate was 33.3% The effective rate in narrow-band ultraviolet B-treated patients was highter than that in halometasone-treated patients,which was siganificant difference(P<0.05).the efficacy was related to lesion areas and course of treatment.Conclusions.NB-UVB is effective with few adverse effects in the treatment of vitiligo
