| 摘 要： | 我国铁路建设工程评标体系中存在大量定量与定性指标,其权重划分较为复杂,针对铁路项目综合评估法中存在的问题,在介绍AHP基本原理、应用步骤和计算方法的基础上,将AHP引入铁路工程评标指标权重中进行研究,为确定指标权重提供一种有效量化方式。

| Abstract: | China’s railway construction project in the bid evaluation system has a large number of quantitative and qualitative indicators,the weight division is more complicated.Against the problems in a comprehensive evaluation method for the railway project,we introduce the basic principle of AHP,application steps and calculation methods on the basis of the AHP to the bid evaluation index weight of the railway engineering research,provides an effective quantitative methods to determine the index weight. |
