摘 要: | 项目经理的职业素质、能力、信用将直接影响到工程项目建设的成败,也影响到企业形象的优劣以及行业的发展前景,而其职业素质、能力、信用直接体现在项目经理的品德、能力、勤劳、业绩等方面。因此在项目经理胜任力评价中要将"德、能、勤、绩"四者有机结合,对其进行全面、综合评价,并运用"领先度"指标对评价结果进行分析,为项目经理的选拔、任用、继续教育和职业发展提供科学依据。

Study on Project Manager Competency based on Multi-objective Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation |

Abstract: | The outcome of construction projects,corporate image,and the merits of the development prospects of the industry will be directly affected by professional quality,capacity and credit of project manager,which are directly reflected in the project manager’s morality,ability,diligence,performance and so on.Therefore,the project manager competency evaluation will combine morality,ability,diligence and performance,exert a scientific and comprehensive assessment,analyze the results of the evaluation via the use of leading degree index,to provide a scientific basis for the selection,appointment,continuing education and professional development of project managers. |
