论权力腐败的德治途径

解决权力腐败问题是巩固党的执政地位、加强党的执政能力建设的重大课题。权力腐败是权力异化的表现，是公职人员滥用权力或偏离职责的结果，其产生的原因是多方面的。治理权力腐败问题必须把法治和德治紧密结合起来。充分发挥德治在预防权力腐败中的作用。在运用法律手段治理权力腐败的同时，要积极探索通过加强公职人员的思想道德教育、引导公职人员加强道德实践、促进公职人员提高道德修养等治理权力腐败的德治途径。

Exposition of the ways to counter power corruption via rule by virtue

To solve power corruption is an important project for consolidating the Party's governing position and strengthening the Party's governing ability.Power corruption is the manifestation of power misuse,the result of some civil servants' abusing their power or deviating their duties,which has arisen from various reasons.To resolve the problem of power corruption,we should integrate rule of country by law and by morality,and take full advantage of the roles of rule of country by morality in preventing power corruption.Apart from applying legal measures to controlling power corruption,ways to control power corruption through strengthening the ideological and ethics education of civil servants and guiding civil(servants) to improve morality and moral accomplishment should be explored.
