| 摘 要： | 要用科学发展观统领我院的科研工作，建立健全我院的科研制度，改变目前我院的科研状况。不少同志希望快出成果，多出成果，这完全可以理解，但一定要严守学术道德底线，遵守科研制度，保证真正是自己的东西。我们格外强调：反对急功近利，要沉下心来做学问，扎扎实实做学问，凭真本事做学问。做学问如同做人，是一种修养。把凯里学院建成一所高质量本科院校的过程，也是一个养成严谨治学风气的过程。
