终身学习的个体化:三个社会学视角的一个比较分析

通过比较三个社会学视角,本文认为"个体性学习"的兴起是由于当今社会个体化过程在终身学习领域的一个体现。虽然这种"个体性学习"有助于提高个体的能动性,但也促成了"公共空间"的消退。西方一些学者因而呼唤使个体"赋权"和"公共空间"恢复的公民教育,以便使个体能获取真正的自主性,而这是一个终身学习的过程。

The Individualization of Lifelong Learning:Comparative Analysis of Three Sociological Perspectives

Through a comparative analysis of three sociological perspectives,this article argues that the current rise of individualistic learning is a sign of individualization of lifelong learning.Although the individualistic learning may be helpful in enhancing one's motivation,it contributes to the loss of'public space'.Some critics hence call for the need of learning for'empowerment'and'citizenship' to regain'pubic space',so that individuals can achieve de facto freedom,which is a lifelong process.
