共沉淀法制备磁性液体的粒度和纯度控制

摘    要:提出化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4磁性液体的工艺流程包括溶液配制、化学反应和包覆分散三个阶段,其技术关键是控制Fe3O4磁性微粒的纯度、粒度和分散性。从理论和实验的角度,详细分析了在各阶段各种工艺参数对磁性颗粒纯度控制和粒度控制的影响原理、影响程度和影响规律。说明各阶段不同工艺参数的合理匹配,是能够成功地制备出品质优良的磁性液体的关键。

Abstract:It is illustrated in this paper that the processes of ferrofluid preparation by chemical co-precipitation method include 3 stages,i.e. solution preparation,chemical reaction and dispersion by coating.The key techniques are purity control,size control and dispersion control.The influence of process parameters in each stage upon purity and size of magnetic particles is analyzed in detail.It is turned out that the way for preparing ferrofluid with good qualty is suitable matching the process parameters between the different stages.
