| 摘 要： | 从描述养老金隐性债务的经济影响入手,论述了当前解决隐性债务的必要性和紧迫性。提出以推迟退休年龄、开征社会保障税以及调整养老金政策等的组合方案,来彻底解决养老金隐性债务问题。
