论语言权视野中的普通话与方言的关系

从语言权视野看,方言有保存自己的特征因素的权利,也有吸收或排斥普通话成分的权利。我们既不能抛开方言在语音、词汇系统方面的特色,不能否认运用方言进行地域性交流的价值,也不能无视在一个统一的国家内部,普通话作为国家规定的通用语言的地位。方言与普通话的使用群体,在不同的交际环境中是会转换的,不同方言区的普通话会表现出自己的区域特色。

The relationship between the Standard Chinese and Dialects in the Viewpoint of Linguistic Authority

In the viewpoints of linguistic rights,dialects have not only the right to preserve their own characteristics,but also the right to absorb or reject the composition of the common speech.We can neither abandon the dialect's characteristics in phonetics and vocabulary system,nor deny its value in the communication in different regions,nor can ignore the common speech's position as a national language prescribed by the government in a united country.The group using dialects and the common speech may be converted in different communication situations and the common speech spoken in different regions will have their separate regional characteristics.
