| 摘 要： | 针对CSSCI仅提供分年度引文数据，不能直接用于h指数研究的不足，介绍一种能实现跨年度引文信息合并的h指数统计方法来克服这一缺陷;指出利用CSSCI数据进行h指数研究值得关注的一些问题，如时间问题、收录范围问题、作者唯一标识问题、自引问题等。

| Abstract: | CSSCI can not be used to h-index study directly for its yearly separating citation data. The paper introduces a new h-index counting method which can fulfill the consolidation of citation data to overcome the defect, and also gives out some key codes. At last, some important problems about h-index are pointed out. |
