| 摘 要： | 为探索一种适应大中型项目建设的工程项目管理模式，结合对工程项目管理模式实质的概述，对目前常用的几种主要项目管理模式的特点进行了比较，分析了项目管理模式的适应环境、条件，以及各种管理模式的优、缺点。
