动力型学困生的心理分析及转化对策

摘    要:研究表明,动力型学困生约占学困生的57.8%,这充分说明加强对这部分学生的转化研究,对我国现行的基础教育教学改革具有十分重要的意义。文章对学困生的心理作了分析,认为对动力型学困生的转化工作应采取以下对策:尊重学生的需要,相信学生肯定能行;分层次确定目标,让学生人人都能成功;实行多元评价,让学生体验成功喜悦;进行归因指导,让学生保持学习信心;养成良好习惯,提高学生学习效率。

Abstract:The research has indicated that motivation students hold about 57.8% of the students with poor study efficiency, which fully explains that strengthening the research on transforming this group of students is extremely vital significance.The author analyzed the psychology of these students and pointed out the following counter measures: respecting the desire of students and believing the students' ability; determining the goal in administrative levels to enable every student to succeed; implementing the multi-dimensional appraisal to make the students experience the joy of success; carrying on the attribution instruction to make the students maintain the confidence of study, and forming the good learning habits to enhance the study efficiency and so on.
