| 摘 要： | 生存权是人权之中最基本的权利 ,国与国之间在生存权问题上的分歧源于哲学基本观点的分歧。一种观点认为 ,生存权是天赋的 ,是完满的 ,是没有变化的 ;另一种观点则主张没有天赋的生存权 ,所谓的生存权 ,是人们在实践中奋争得来的 ,因而是不断发展、不断完善的。只有后一种观点才是现实的、科学的观点。

It is the practice that brings human exist right which is unceasing development and perfect , only this point is practical and scientific . |
