傅作义与绥远经济文教事业的发展（1931—1937）

Fu Zuoyi and the Development of the Economy Cultural and Educational Causes in Suiyuan

Fu Zuoyi was an important historical figure in the chinese history. He was regarded as a famous general in the Anti -Japanese War. In addiction,he assumed the chairman of Suiyuan Province of China for fifteen years, during which, especially in the peaceful times before the Anti -Japanese War,he took various measures to develop agriculture, new industry, communications and education and stabilize finance. In a relatively short period of time, Suiyuan Province took on a new look. He made a great contribution to the economic construction of Suiyuan.
