| 摘 要： | 依照广义战略管理理论，从组织结构、资源建设和服务方式等方面构建我国图书情报事业的发展战略模型。该模型反映图书情报事业中的战略与组织、资源及服务三者之间的关系，强调我国图书情报事业的发展要从战略的高度指导组织变革、资源建设和服务创新，最后给出战略实施的若干意见。

| Abstract: | The construction of a strategic model is important for the development of library and information cause in China, and it also has a great impact on the sustainable development of our society. According to the theory of general strategic management, this paper proposes a strategic model for library and information development based on their organization structure, resources and services, then it puts forward some suggestions for the strategy practice in China. |
