| Abstract: | This paper first studies the existing problems concerning the status,the knowledge,the socialization of library literature and information of colleges.It makes a preliminary exploration into the construction of a literature and information investment mechanism that fits in with the industrialization of higer education and into the connotation of literature and information network service.The paper also suggests some measures to be taken to achieve the socialization of literature and information of tertiary libraries. |
