摘    要:文化素质教育的基础性是由文化素质的基础性决定的,文化素质教育具有基础性、精神性、内在性、非功利性、民族性和稳定性等特性,只有加深对文化素质教育的认识,才能推动文化素质教育的深入发展。

Abstract:The basis of cultural-quality education is determined by the cultural-quality basis, the education is characterized by such natures as basis, spirit, intrinsicness, non-utility, nationality and stability, and only by deepening the understanding of cultural-quality education, can the further development of cultural-quality education be promoted.
