| 摘 要： | 章介绍了宪政的含义、宪政与宪法、法治的关系，分析了宪政国家以及宪政化的概念和发展状况，提出宪政化在宪政国家形成阶段具有重要作用，是宪政国家生成条件之一的观点，并以此为基点为中国传统化转型提出建议。
