| 摘 要： | 《审判》是卡夫卡第二个创作高峰的代表作,是被称为“卡夫卡”式小说形成的标志。卡夫卡以本人所经历的一次特殊“审判”为契机,通过小说的形式对自我良知和人类本性进行了毫不留情的审判,揭露出人在道貌岸然的外衣下所掩盖的卑劣的另一面,这是作长期人生体验和对社会思考的结晶。

| Abstract: | Judgement is the representative work of Kafka during his second writing climax, which indicates the formation of Kafkaesque novel . With the clue of a special "judgement" he had experienced, Kafka made a ruthless judgement of self-conscience and human nature by using the form of novel, which exposed the other side hidden behind people' s sanctimonious appearance . The formation of this novel results from Kafka's longtime social experience and reflection. |
