近五十年来晚清外交思想研究综述

晚清时期,在中国外交由传统向近代转变的过程中,其外交思想发生了很大变化。首先,国人外交思想的整体框架由于政治文化背景的差异,表现出了不同的倾向。其次,群体是审视社会变迁的一个很好的视角,对特定群体外交思想的研究有助于揭示近代外交思想的变迁。再次,从西方传入的均势观念对晚清外交思想的变化产生了很大影响,它与中国传统的"以夷制夷"观念既有联系也有区别。

The Research of Diplomatic Thoughts in the Late Qing Dynasty of the Last Fifty Years

In the late Qing dynasty,in the process of Chinese diplomacy from the tradition to the modern transformation,great changes have taken place in diplomatic thoughts. First of all,Chinese diplomatic thoughts show different tendencies because of the differences in political and cultural background of our people. Second,the group is a good perspective on social change and the specific group of diplomatic thought research helps to reveal the changes of the modern diplomatic thoughts. Furthermore,concept of balance of power introduced from the west has a great influence to the change of diplomatic thoughts in the late Qing dynasty and at the same time it has both connection and difference with the traditional Chinese concept which is＂To rely on minorities is to overwhelm minorities＂.
