中小学信息技术教材存在的问题探讨

摘    要:通过对我国近年来各地编写出版的中小学信息技术教材的比较分析,当前中小学信息技术教材建设中存在的主要问题表现为:教材出版品种繁多,但缺乏特色教材;教材评价缺乏科学规范的标准,选用存在地方保护主义;教材修订周期过长,推广使用不够及时;教材编排的零起点与模块化,导致教学内容很难体现螺旋上升;教材过分强调以学生为中心,忽略教师的主导作用;教材过分强调“任务”或“活动”,忽略知识的系统性;教材过分强调基础或创新,不能正确处理两者的关系;教材过分强调与其他学科知识的整合,削弱了信息技术学科的知识与技能;注重纸质教科书,忽视教材的立体化。

Abstract:By the comparative analysis on the recently published information technology teaching materials for primary and secondary schools, we have found there exit the following problems: more publications, less characteristics; lacking of the scientific and standard evaluation standards and the regionalism in selecting teaching materials) too long cycle in revising, not prompt enough in promotion and use; compilation from the zero starting point in the form of modules, less attention being paid on the spiral transcendence of the contents; over emphasizing student-centered ideology, neglecting teachers' guidance; over emphasizing tasks and activities, neglecting systematic knowledge; over emphasizing bases and innovation, neglecting the negotiation of both aspects; over emphersizing the integration with other subjects, weakening the knowledge and skill of information technology; attaching more importance to paper publications, neglecting the three-dimension of teaching materials.
