全球金融危机中我国酒店业遭受了打击,在简述戴明管理思想的基础上,分析了质量管理在饭店应对金融危机中的重要性,提出了危机中饭店质量管理要点：重视顾客这一生产线上最为重要的环节,避开员工该为质量负全责这一质量管理的误区;管理者要以系统的观点思考饭店质量管理并进行不断的改善;挖掘问题的真正原因,帮助员工解决问题,进行有效的人员管理。

Inspiration of Daiming Quality Management Theory to Hotels in China Coping with the Financial Crisis

During the global financial crisis, the hotel industry in china has suffered severe attack. Based on Daiming Management Theory, this article proposes the essentials of hotel quality management during the crisis ： discarding the misunderstanding that staff should be responsible fully for quality ; supervisors should think over the hotel quality management systematically and perfect it continuously; valuing the customers because they are the most important links for the production line ; excavating the real reasons of the problems and helping staff solve the problems to carry out the effective personnel management.
