| 摘 要： | 以西北大学的运动队为研究对象，从课余训练的组织形式，运动队生源，经费来源，教练员、运动员管理体系以及课余训练与高校体育教学、群体活动的相互作用几个方面入手，对普通高校运动队的课余训练组织管理模式作了较为全面的研究。
