| 摘 要： | 高职院校师资队伍建设的重点是“双师型”师资队伍建设、教师的学历提升和教学改革与科研水平的提高。据此，宁波职业技术学院从自身的师资状况出发，提出了提升师资队伍水平的措施并取得了丰硕的成果。
