| 摘 要： | 本文从教育背景、专业水平、教学理论水平、教育教学能力、教学观念、教学态度、交际与组织能力、科研能力、现代教育技术应用能力和创新能力十个方面,初步探讨影响大学英语教学质量的教师因素。分析了产生问题的原因,提出了加强大学英语教师自身素质培养的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the Teachers' factors which have a great impact on college English teaching quality.These factors include: educational background,professional proficiency,knowledge of teaching theory,teaching ability,teching belief,teaching attitude,ability of communication and organization,scientific research ability,ability of applying modern educational technology and ability of creativity.It analyses the reasons and then puts forward her own suggestions on solving the problems. |
