| 摘 要： | 产学合作作为沟通高校与企业间联系的一条重要途径，已经开始发挥越来越重要的作用。本对当前校企产学合作的障碍进行了分析，以反思我国产学合作的现状，提出进一步创新产学合作机制的可行性建议，为校企间产学合作健康发展提供些许思路。

| Abstract: | As an important approach to link up the university and industry,Industry-University cooperation has played more and more important role. This paper briefly analyzes the obstacle and the innovation mechanism of Industry-University Cooperation, in order to reflect upon our current Industry-University Cooperation situation. Lastly, this paper gives some feasible advice to promote the innovation of Industry-University Cooperation mechanism,and explores the development of Industry-University Cooperation theoretically. |
