| 摘 要： | 高校收费关系到千千万万的学生及其家庭,收费标准合理与否,不仅关系到高等院校的社会形象,更直接影响到高等教育的社会公平问题.本文着重分析了我国高等教育收费标准拟定时必须切实注意的几个问题,以期引起有关方面的重视,确定出一种既适合国情,又相对公平合理,同时大多数人民群众能负担得起的高等教育收费标准.
