| 摘 要： | 针对我国中小企业外源融资现状,分析了中小企业融资难的原因,最后从加快中小企业立法工作建设、推进中小企业信息规范化透明化建设、提高企业自身素质、完善金融信贷系统以及构建新型贷款担保体系等五个方面提出对策。

| Abstract: | This paper first describes small & medium-sized enterprises' financing status in our country,then analyses the causes of external financing difficulty,and finally,puts forward several suggestions from the following five aspects: accelerating small & medium-sized enterprises' legislation;promoting standardization and transparency of information;improving small & medium-sized enterprises' quality;perfecting credit management system and establishing a new loan guarantee system. |
