Public-Private Partnerships of Foreign Telecommunications Industry and Its Implications

In the process of building the information society,some foreign countries or regions appeared a new trend of government regaining its development plan,investing in building,and cooperating with private sectors.The paper introduces the approaches that the telecommunications industry adopts the pattern of public-private partnership in Netherlands,Italy,Australia and New Zealand.The paper summarizes the characteristics of foreign telecommunications industry’ public-private partnerships.Finally,combining with the status quo of China’s telecommunications industry,it analyzes the revelation of the foreign telecommunications industry’s public-private partnerships for our country’s telecommunications industry in order to provide a reference to China’ information construction.
