| 摘 要： | 本文在简要回顾我国科技体制改革和文化体制改革基本历程的基础上,从改革背景、改革目的、改革路径和特征、改革趋势等方面对30余年来我国科技体制改革和文化体制改革进行了比较,为进一步促进科技成为文化发展、创新、繁荣的重要引擎和支撑力,探索二者有机结合的体制创新提供参考。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the basic processes of S&T system reform and cultural system reform in China,the article makes comparison between S&T system reform and cultural reform in China in 30 years from reform background,objective,path and characteristics and tendency.The paper provides references for the further promotion of S&T becoming important engine and bearing of cultural development,innovate and prosperous,as well as exploration of system reform in combining them. |
