| 摘 要： | 通过对高校大型仪器设备资源共享程度的分析,归结出影响共享问题的本质根源是人和仪器设备问题。采用系统和辩证方法对此进行深入地分析,提出了有效可行的三项管理措施。最后通过开放式资源共享,提高了大型仪器设备的共享率。

| Abstract: | Large-scale instruments and facilities are high quality resources in universities.The sharing of these instruments and facilities is a problem needing to be solved.Through the analysis of sharing of large-scale instruments and facilities in the university,this paper comes to the conclusion that the sharing problems stem from the people and the instruments.After analysing with systematic and dialectical methods,three effective and feasible management measures are proposed.Finally,a case study is made with the resources sharing practice in Northwestern Polytechnical University. |
