| 摘 要： | 孔子丧葬思想的根本是基于礼的"仁爱"有差、"尊卑"有别的制度,而墨子丧葬思想的根本是基于利的"兼爱"无差、"尊卑"无别的制度。由于二者所处时代性的差别,虽然在一些具体的丧葬问题上存在有相近的观点,但其丧葬思想的根本点是不同的。在"利"与"礼"、"仁"与"兼"两个方面都鲜明地体现出这种思想上对立。

| Abstract: | The funeral thought of Confucius is based on the ritual system, and its fundamental ideas are the difference of ＂benevolence and love＂ and the ＂social hierarchy＂. Mozi＇s funeral thought is based on the benefit system and his theory of ＂jian ai＂ （universal love） and social equality. As they lived in different era, although they have similar views in some specific funeral issues, the fundamentals of their funeral thinking are different. ＂Li＂ （benefit）, ＂Li＂ （ritual）, ＂Ren＂ （benevolence） and ＂Jian＂ （universal） show their contrasting thought. |
