论保险企业文化的定位及其构建

摘    要:保险企业文化的定位和构建应具有高度的战略性、鲜明的时代性、明确的目的性、企业价值与员工价值的统一性和实践性等。保险公司企业文化的重点是建立科学、规范的制度文化,培养员工自觉自愿的依规行为;在培育和塑造优秀的保险企业文化中应导人ES战略,树立“以人为本”的管理思想;导人CIS战略,树立“以市场为导向、以客户为中心”的经营理念;导人CIS战略,塑造良好的企业形象。

Abstract:Cultural orientation and construction in insurance companies should be highly strategic,together with a clear-cut sense of the times and a well-defined purpose. There should be a uniformity and practicality between corporate value and employee value. The construction of corporate culture in insurance companies should focus on the establishment of scientific and normalized system culture, and on the cultivation of employee's voluntary proper behaviors. In the fostering and molding excellent insurance corporate culture, we should introduce ES (Employee Satisfaction) strategy to establish the "people-oriented" management idea, CS (Customer Satisfaction) strategy to estabtish the "market-oriented and customer-centered" business philosophy, and CIS (Corporate Identity System) strategy to create better corporate images.
